Remote Access

This is a process in which we log on to your software and check your claims for correct coding and other points and then send the claims that can go electronically to our clearing house from your software.

The claims that must go by paper we will pull to our printer in our office and send from our location and attach notes if applicable.

After you receive payment you can either scan or fax your EOB's to us and we will post the payments and do the write-offs for you.

When we are doing status calls on your insurance claims we will post our notes in your system so you can see our work at anytime you wish and the progress of your claims.

We can even print statements for you and send them out at a fee of 2.00 a statement.

We will send three statements of which you can preview and most software programs have statement capability, after three statements are sent and still no payment we will suggest a collection agency.

We charge 4.50 a claim for this process and that includes statusing all claims and doing all EOB corrections.

We bill once a week so as to get as many procedures on a claim as possible.

There are no additional fee's to process your claims. ( As an example) If we need to resend the claim (3) times call on the claim (5) times and handle the incorrectly paid EOB (2) times, there is still no additional fee.

Most offices spend a minimum of $10.00 to $15.00 a claim and more to process their claims.

This process will free up staff even more to help build the practice.
