We are an insurance billing and collections service.

All of our clients receive their own billing representative so you are not speaking to three or four different people, but one person who knows your account.

We have found it to be very successful to create a personalized service where our clients have their own representative. By creating this special personalized service our doctors feel they have their own insurance person, and they do, just not in their office.

Your billing representative is well versed in collecting your money and has a special interest in doing so because, like you, they are self employed they do not wish to loose a client as you would not like losing a patient.

Supervisor: Looking over your billing representatives shoulder is a supervisor. Our supervisors review the aging reports and all the work being done on your account to make sure that maximum payment to you is achieved. Your business is important to us and keeping our doctors happy with high collections is how we do that.

Because we have no contract and doctors can come and go as they please. The burden of delivery is always on our shoulders and we take that responsibility seriously.
